The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Access to the property by private vehicle may be challenging. Guests are strongly advised to contact the property in advance for detailed access instructions to ensure a smooth arrival.The hot springs at the property are exclusively for the use of registered guests. Access is not permitted to individuals without an official reservation.Due to the property's location in a natural and expansive area with uneven terrain and long walking distances, it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.

I had a lovely stay! The cabin was spotless with an amazing view of the canyon and the staff were incredibly friendly. Nice hot springs to relax in after hiking

After a long day of hiking, this is a perfect place to turn up to a rest your legs in the cold pool and hot springs. It doesn’t get more picturesque than this!! We had young kids and even though dinner is served at 7.30pm, they cooked for us at 6pm which was highly appreciated. The staff can also arrange a taxi from Llahuar to Cabanaconde for 250 soles. We also found out it is much cheaper to take the taxi down from Cabanaconde so if you want to avoid the downhill hike, this is a great option.

We stayed overnight at Llahuar Lodge on our 3 day trek in the Canyon. Excellent value for money with the thermal pools being a magical asset after trekking. we wished we could have stayed longer.!! Staff welcoming and good food.
