Note: If you will get to the hotel by Public Transport or Touristic Bus, please consider that most of them pass by the Stop called "9.700 km" in the Highway from Chivay to Cabanaconde. This stop, is the start to 1.2 km of Unpaved Track to the Hotel, only accessible by private cars or walking.
Only if you provide hotel the Transport Company Name and Arrival Time to this Stop, you can have a free shuttle to hotel, avoiding a 1.2 km walking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Amazing location overlooking the canyon. Quiet place with beautiful panoramic spots, decorated with flowers. The accommodation itself is quite simple, my expectations were a bit higher. Although it was nice to have good WiFi in such a remote location. Of course the view is wonderful and you get a chance to spot condors without the tourist crowds! Just don't forget to bring warm clothes :)

Location was superb with view on the canyon and flying condors. For the remote situation of the hotel the wifi and hot water supply were outstanding as well as the offered diner and breakfast.

This is an amazing location. Staff are great. It is very clean - I would describe it as rustic and simple in terms of facilities. But location trumps all else so if you want beauty and a peaceful location with stunning views this is the place to be. If you want 4 star I suggest you avoid Cabanaconde.
