The fine print
You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at EUR 12 per person/per stay.
The keys to the apartment are handed to the occupant on the afternoon of arrival, from 03:00 pm onwards and from 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays. The guest who has regularly checked in is allowed to enter the Residence pending the delivery of the keys to the apartment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was super super clean. All around the common areas were very clean as well. The staff were all very friendly, also with our small daughter. Everything was so well maintained, although the building itself looks a little dated it’s actually really well looked after.

Went off season and the sea was a bit colder, also few days it was raining. We took the prestige family apartment, which was nice and modern. The other apartments are average to say the least as our other part of family took ones on the first floor. There was wierd smell at the other ones, and they weren’t that modern, definitely in need of a small reconstruction at least at the bathroom. Staff hovewer was super nice, and the seaview was also wuite nice, there is private beach for the ones staying at Isaresidence as well as other private private beach for those willing to pay extra for the prestige suite. Just two sunbeds per apartment I m afraid, if you are in more and you want everybody to lay, you have to pay extra for one sunbed per day per person. There is a restaurant right at Isaresidence holiday resort and they cook quite nicely. However as is typical per Italy, you can have a linch only until 2 PM, then they close the kitchen until dinnertime around 6 PM, (which is the case for all the restaurants around…we checked them all and ended up going to “nearby” hypermarket to cook our own meal in the end). Which brings me to kitchen, very nicely furnishwd and very modern, with induction heatplate. Quite nice! We had also a garden, but the floor plan on the internet wasnt exact same one as the one we got, the placement of rooms was different (we had two neighboring bedrooms with one shared wall). Bathrooms at our suite were super nice however there are weird half-width doors made out of glass in one of the bathrooms so you have one glass sheet that is immovable and then those, so you cant fully close the doors when you shower. But very nice looking.

Kids enjoyed the pools a lot. The place is very much focused on sustainable tourism and ecology.

Location, just next to the private beach, clean pool and good sun loungers, big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a small grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes walking.
