Fabulous location allowing good access to some of the best sights of the Dordogne Very well equipped house, we wanted for nothing. The gardens around the house and pool are most beautifully laid out and maintained Ewen, the owner, was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay; offering great local knowledge and suggestions of places to go, sights to see, and restaurants to try. We’ll certainly look to book again when next in the Dordogne!

We enjoyed 6 nights at the villa. it’s important to be honest & I’ll start with positives, the location is spectacular, only a short drive from some of the most beautiful parts of the Dordogne. The pool & gardens are very private and lovely. The property is very well equipped and we did enjoy our stay. However, being honest it is not luxury. We felt a little ripped off as it was overpriced at almost 500 euros a night. Ewan let it slip that he had “jacked up the price of our booking” which left a sour taste as we really felt the pricing does not reflect the quality of the accommodation. For us it felt too much like staying in Ewans home. for example, as you walk about 20 pairs of his slippers are all hanging on the wall, too much personal stuff.
