The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behaviour, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behaviour.No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.The property's office hours are:

Conveniently located and quiet. Decent facilities, including pool and BBQ facilities, as well as beach access. Easy after-hours check-in. So many power outlets!

It was ok a bit dirty the room needed a good clean. Not too far from the main action.

We stayed 2 nights. They didn't clean my room during my stay. Didn't change towels and I needed extra shower gel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and the location is a few minutes walk to dozens of cafes and restaurants. Great!
