There was a halloween concert next door which we didn't know about when booking. The property offered us a full refund, a 50% discount or free tickets and $100 worth of food and drink vouchers. We took the free entry and vouchers. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the place is a little bit different and beautiful.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed with Zoe providing us with ideas for our stay in Byron Bay and showing us to our room. It is a beautiful and relaxing place with both a spa bath and private outdoor shower you feel like you have your own little piece of paradise.

Great character with lovely airy bedroom with big forest windows . A short walk to the shops bars and restaurants so very convenient .Zoe on reception was cheerful helpful and made us feel very welcome
