The staff at this place are exceptionally welcoming and being a yoga school, you can easily find the right balance of socialisation and alone time. The room was lovely and had everything you'd need, the location is about a 15-20 minute walk from town so you need a torch at night but that means it's very quiet and settled.

Excellent facilities and you could choose your own yoga journey, from either a morning yoga class, to a half, full day or 5 and 7 day retreat.
