The location is beautiful and it’s a lovely walk to the centre of Buxton. Breakfast is delicious and they accommodate any choices. All the staff are very helpful and friendly .

Substantial breakfast (though no variation in content). Staff (Sharon at breakfast) was very friendly. Didn't have much interaction with other staff. Typical hotel bed and breakfast. A bit old fashioned in decor. Bathroom clean but no bath and the shower was very weak. Biscuits and tea/coffee in room. Nice lounge though TV control didn't have any working batteries (had been taped in but didn't work). Rooms and downstairs nice and warm! Car Parking is limited if the hotel is busy (had to park on road one day). Reasonable value and very good location close to the Buxton Pavilion and by the park for park run!

Location was great! Overlooking the Gardens, close to the high street and walking distance to several tourist attractions. Staff were accommodating. We wanted to do the Parkrun, and they delayed breakfast for us.
