Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby is beautiful, with imposing marble pillars. Room may have been "compact", but bathroom was generously large!

Lovely old hotel, reception looked beautiful with Christmas trees and decorations. Bar area was good. Room was a great size with high ceiling.
