Breakfast was good quality full English Breakfast. Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable We had an evening meal. We chose burgers which were tasty. Our hosts were friendly but not overbearing

We have stayed here previously and have found it to offer very good value accommodation in a very expensive part of the world. The staff are friendly, there is a well stocked public bar and although we didn't dine here on this occasion we have done so in the past and it has been very good. It is not a 'big log fires, four poster bed and trendy cuisine' type of place but it is clean, friendly and good value for money. We travelled by car but it is only a short walk from Buxted Railway Station.

Our experience from arrival to leaving was one of total admiration for the way we were treated and of the facilities were way above what we paid for They were 5star and the host, David, was extremely helpful at all times
