I booked this hotel to stay next to the Butwal bus station as I was heading towards Bardiya and wanted to visit Lumbini from there. And that was a good choice as it is located less than 200 m from the bus hub. I did a one day trip from there to Lumbini to visit Buddha birthplace (and the local buses are located directly in front of the hotel).

We stopped for one night with the goal of visiting Lumbini the next day. Superb hospitality, perfect location for public transportation, modest but clean room with everything you need.

Nice little Hotel directly at the main street. The owner is a great man and very helpful. He even looked my bicycle inside at night to be safe. They serve good food as well. Very good price ratio for what you get. Just a little bit noise through the big street, but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend for a night or two after arriving from India on the way to Pokhara.

Basic and small rooms. Central and pretty noisy location. It did us for a short stay and was cheap!
