Walking distance to the beach! I wish we had more time to go, but we had booked tours in St Augustine that filled our time. Surprisingly, we didn't make it there. The place looks much better than the picture they use. Everything has been painted and looks nicer. The balcony is a nice place to sit. I noticed that they had things for the beach for the guests to use. Even for kids if you have them. Washer/dryer was nice to have.
