Coffee/Tea facilities, however we didn't utilise as we went to Breakfast once we had checked out.

Very clean, spotless and with the 4 rooms very spacious. Even a huge walk in robe. Dining room with Fridge Microwave (thanks so much to Lindy for supplying this😁) Kettle & toaster and crockery & utensils napkins and placements. Tea & coffee but no salt n pepper. Lovely garden outlook sitting at the dining table with a quiet street away from town a 5 min drive. Carport to keep my car out of the rain and to unload my bags was nice. With a verandah and seats to sit outside if you wanted. Loungeroom with comfy seating and large TV. Large ensuite Bathroom with shampoo & conditioner etc. Hot water....lovely new shower head
