The location is perfect and meets my needs. Busan Lotte World and the outlet are nearby, and there are supermarkets and pharmacies in the vicinity. Overall, the location is excellent! The staff are also very helpful. They allow luggage storage and are always ready to assist.

This review is for the room called 'Run of House room(max 4 people)' – 4 people, 3 nights, 215599₩ (which is around 17966₩/night and person). We were surprised to find this apartment for cheap, then we realized that it's not the tourist season yet. The complex is quite big, so it might be confusing for some to find their building and get around it because these complexes tend to look the same. I appreciated the free parking with EV chargers, as we were driving here from Asan. The room we got was on the top floor, and it was exactly as the photos showed, straight up like from an IKEA showroom. The decor was a bit cold, but modern spaces tend to be white and black and just sleek in general. There are many appliances in this flat that make the place feel high tech, depending on what the apartment standards are in your country. UH is close to the Lotte Mall, Lotte World, IKEA, and the beach, but it's quite far from the centre of Busan. You can take the train to get there, the station is about 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment.

Very modern and clean. Great value. We had a rental car so transport wasn’t a problem but it may be a little far to the train station if you didn’t have a car.
