The gym and spa were excellent. Both were spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of room and facilities to use comfortably. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, providing assistance with a wide range of things, from explaining how to process a tax refund to helping arrange taxi bookings. The location was another highlight. There are several restaurants nearby, and at least three convenience stores within a three-minute walk of the hotel.

The staffs were courteous. Although the location is 10mins walk from the train station, there were so many food places to choose from.
