Everything! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff are kind and ready to assist with anything. Location is near metro and bus stations. The hotel design and looks are amazing.

Location is super. There is an escalator from the hotel to the Mall as well as connected to underground metro. There is tax refund from this hotel too, which is a big bonus. Not all hotels can do that- This is the only hotel that offered us tax refund during our 14 days trip. Very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly hotel staff who can speak good english. Lots of food options walking distance.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and super friendly! Everything about our stay was amazing; the hotel, the room, the staff, the facilities. Really recommend Lotte gotel Busan if you’re planning on travelling to Busan! We loved talking to Elson when we came down to the lobby and received so many travelling tips and hot spots to see, the days we stayed in Busan
