This hotel boasts an incredible strategic location, situated just a short walk from the iconic Busan Tower and the vibrant local markets. Having a convenience store directly beneath the hotel was a lifesaver for quick snacks and essentials at any hour. It is the ideal spot if you want to be in the heart of the action with everything you need right at your doorstep. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service, particularly on my final night. I ran into an unexpected issue, and the receptionist, Baek Min Kyung, went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to her professional and efficient help, I was able to resolve the problem in no time. Her kindness and quick thinking turned a stressful moment into a positive experience, and I am very grateful for her support.

A friendly staff Smith catered to our needs promptly when the hot water heater didn’t work and the room air conditioning was too hot. Basic bathroom and clean.
