PROS: 1. This was probably the biggest square footage for value you can get for your money. The space was HUGE, almost triple the size of more expensive accommodations. Despite being a 4-4.5 star hotel, it does however , lack behind comparable star ratings in other countries. For example, toiletries are not provided, there is no concierge, housekeeping costs extra (your garbage is not taken out each day),and fresh towels are not provided automatically. There are no other amenities such as a spa,pool,breakfast,gym,lounge, etc due to point 1 of the cons page. 2. The view is phenomenal, the highest floor is 40, we were booked into the 26 floor and it was amazing. Large windows from ground to ceiling. Completely sound proof, steamer for clothes, custome AC in bedroom AND living room, and elevator call button and customizable lights for every inch of the space. 3. The amenities were modern and very high quality, essentially it felt like a luxury apartment. 4. The host was fairly quick at replying to texts via whatsapp, one of the few that would use whatsapp (most places you can only message through booking.com or call a phone #) - Which is difficult considering most travellers will not have a local number, and adding local apps is impossible without one upon arriving. 5. The mattress is soft, and the 2 pillows are stiff and soft. This was refreshing as most beds i Korea we found were hard.
