Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service We had a great stay at AG405 Hotel in Busan. We were group of 18. Even though it was just a short one-night stay, everything exceeded our expectations. We checked in late at night and checked out very early the next morning, but the process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Facilities were good, and the overall environment felt very welcoming. The location was also convenient and easy to access. What truly stood out was their service. After we checked out, the hotel took the initiative to email us about items left behind in our rooms, complete with photos. This level of honesty, attention to detail, and care is very much appreciated and shows their professionalism. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel boasts brand-new facilities and a minimalist yet elegant style, with stunning sea views. There is a convenience store right downstairs, making it very convenient for daily needs. The front desk and restaurant staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making for a truly pleasant stay.

Great view of ocean and bridge from the room and a good size room. Staff very helpful. Good cafe on site and handy store. A bit of a walk to main areas but we like walking- and lovely coastal walks in both directions.
