The fine print
Breakfast during the week is a continental hamper containing pastries, yoghurt, cereal, juices, fruit and milk.
Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning is served in the restaurant between 8.30am-9.30am. On sight parking is available along with street parking. Rooms that are not specified to have a garden view or landmark view are road facing.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The Full English Breakfast at the Eagle and Child was the best breakfast I had in our entire trip to the UK. My mouth still waters thinking back on it. Great atmosphere and cool to see the history of the site (there's been an operational pub/inn there since the 1600s). Location was pretty cool too with great views down into town and across the valley to the moor on the other side.

The location, excellent staff and customer service. Fab views across the moors and tower from dining room. lovely breakfast and voucher for a free drink each in the bar. Rooms nice modern and clean. Coffee machine in room.
