Excellent cooked breakfast. Friendly staff, Cheddar the rooster was lovely. Evening meal very nice. Public areas within the hotel were great. Excellent attentive staff.very good for a short break

Beautiful old property set in lovely woodland grounds. Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the beginning. food was great, all round a pleasant stay would come back.

The staff in this hotel are so attentive. Samy was funny, friendly and so professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he does it all with a smile. The young girl Olivia was a real gem too. How these people treat their customers should be the template that all hoteliers look to! Definitely coming back to stay again.

The location is absolutely fantastic. When we drove up it was definitely a wow factor The main building is medieval and had lots of original features. The history was very interesting . The room in the stable was very comfortable and clean.
