Please note, there is no reception at this property. The London booking office is open from 08:30 until 16:30, Monday - Friday, and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All enquiries outside of these hours should be sent by email.The property will contact you once you have made a booking with check-in details and emergency contact information.Pets are permitted in the ground floor apartment. A maximum of 1 pet per apartment is permitted. Please note, pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.Apartments on the ground floor offer free parking for 2 vehicles all other vehicles must park off site.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lots of character, great location and a lovely outdoor space. Modern kitchen and dining/lounge space so plenty of room. Great to have fridge and freezer and lots of cupboard space. Very comfy main bed even if the room was a bit small.

Lovely ground floor apartment with a fabulous well equipped kitchen larger than expected. Easy access. Everything we needed for our stay. Large sitting room with 2 sofas, a table and seating for 4. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower which was great for my elderly mum. Liked that the first bedroom had a TV and built in wardrobe with hangers. Chest of drawers and wardrobe and seating in the 2nd bedroom. Good sized, private enclosed patio space with a large table, chairs and parasol even a gas BBQ, Great location, very quiet, parking, walking distance to town, pub across the road, and a little shop a few minutes walk away that's open 5am (7am on Sundays). Park and Abbey Gardens and tennis courts next door. Good communication by the host with very detailed information, very thankful for the earl check in too. Lots of info on the property too. Family had a very comfortable enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, near to the abbey gardens, with a parking space. Beds were lovely and comfy, nice outdoor space and kitchen. Very clean.
