The building may seem old from the outside but my room was exceedingly comfortable, modern and spacious. The welcoming owner perfectly explained everything and was very open. Washing and ironing is included which comes in handy. It's very centrally located on a quiet dead end and there's parking for those who come by car. It's also close to the tram and bus stop.
