A beautiful home, well established, stylishly decorated with every mod con needed for a luxury getaway. An unexpected food hamper of goodies and wine on arrival with a lovely thank you note. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of seating areas inside and out. We stayed in mostly to make the most of what this gorgeous house had to offer. We had breakfast at the dining table, we had drinks under the arbour outside, we watched tv on the big comfy corner lounge, we read magazines and had a nap on the sweet blue lounge area, and we sat out near the garage on the back pavers in the sun. Close enough to town, but far enough for absolute quiet, when all you can hear are the birds while sitting the the beautiful established garden. This is an excellent property, we all loved it. Every little thing has been thought of for an easy and luxurious getaway. Plush towels on every bed, beautiful linen on the beds, condiments in the fridge, the list goes on. I am already thinking up the next occasion to book! Thankyou Kirriemuir for looking after us x

The peace and the calm of the accommodation and it's surrounds. Our stay was our 2nd, was just as fabulous as before. We all love the location this time in cooler conditions, but the house was super comfortable with the heating and fireplace for the perfect countryside atmosphere. Our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this amazing accommodation . Communications with regards to our booking, information and in depth guide was excellent and efficient.

Beautifully appointed property on magnificent grounds. A lovely clean home away from home. Peaceful, tranquil, and comfortable. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and pantry, bathrooms and laundry. Enormous amount of wardrobe space, including hanging in all bedrooms. Quality linen. Heating of the home was simple and quick when unexpectedly required. We wanted for nothing during our stay.
