Charm made it very easy on check in, communication was great. The cottage had everything you could need - I was on my own and just for two nights so didnt use most of the facilities but it would be ideal if you were staying longer too. I was welcomed with a note from Charm, a bottle of wine and chocolate, which was a really nice surprise. The bed was comfortable as were the reclining armchairs when catching up on tv. The reverse cycle aircon was very welcome on the cold Burra evenings and early mornings.
