Was real good customer service. Nothing, my first room had ants but staff gave me another room. This is not something they could have prevented! Its more a plus side seeinf the solved it perfectly

The rooms were lovely and big with comfortable beds and even a microwave and fridge. The included breakfast was a bonus and delicious.

Perfect for an early flight from SFO as it provides a shuttle to and from the airport. The lady on the front desk was so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and the room - and bed - was huge! Great to sit and watch the planes landing and taking off from the room. Breakfast and 24hr coffee is included but can’t comment as the flight was too early
