The lake on this property was fantastic. We took our paddle boards and had a wonderful time. The apartment was comfortable for our family stay with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen to be self contained. Beautiful grounds and a lovely restaurant on site.

Lunch in the restaurant was lovely and even though we did not have a booking, the girls accommodated us and were friendly and helpful.

The fact that it is not disability friendly. If you are having issues walking don’t rent an appointment here since there is a spiral shonky staircase to climb if you want to get in a bed which are upstairs and need to go down those stairs in the middle of the night when needing a toilet We also had a fire alarm going of in the middle of the night for no reason causing massive stress since the alarms were in an interesting spot unable to reach to turn of I would expect these in the kitchen not in the roof on top floor if there ever would be a fire you cant get down

Beautiful lakeside setting. Loved the pizza and live music night - gorgeous al fresco area! Delicious wood fired pizza. Generous breakfast provisions.
