For the price point, the lack of attention to detail like the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. It was not luxury in that sense and the cleanliness of a hotel is very important.

Incredible customer service - from valet parking attendants, to front desk, to servers at breakfast - all staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was large, beautifully appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The whole place has a feel of luxury and indulgence - just what you want for a holiday break! We requested a late check-out and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate this at a very reasonable rate. 24 hour in-and-out valet parking was so convenient too.

Honestly, I loved all aspects of our stay. The hotel exceeded expectations and we are already planning on staying again. We might even find time to use the pool next time.
