Perfect location to visit Southwold and lots of other places. Parking and all home comforts included. James (the owner) dropped off the key and gave us friendly information re pubs and restaurants to visit. We will definitely return.

Clean well equipped flat.Slap bang in the heart of the historic town. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard garden listening to the bells and the birds was just idyllic.

The location was ideal for my short stay visiting my son. Being on a side street, it was quieter than staying in Earsham Street. On site parking was one of my 'must haves' for this particular stay. I am staying there again mid February 25.
