Friendly staff. Nan, Debbie and Hendy were great. Can easily snorkel out to the reef which is lovely. Nice surroundings and a lovely pool. An oasis of peace.

Bungalow literally next to the sea. Spacious room. Large rack to place (lots of) your stuff on. Nice garden next to swimming pool and cosy open sitting area for breakfast & drinks (& lunch & dinner). Walking/ snorkeling distance from beautiful reef. Own boat & equipment for diving/snorkeling trips. Possibility to arrange transport for you to and from Manado Airport (not as cheap as the public boat, but really good price and much more flexible - depending of course on weather conditions). Very friendly and helpful staff. Owner Ferdinand is a highly qualified and very experienced diving instructor and adds a good atmosphere to the place. 15' walk from the village (where the public ferry arrives & leaves) with lots of nice restaurants. 5' walk from Bar Bunaken with beer, a few cocktails and often live music.

Our delightful host Ferdinand and his wife made us feel very welcome despite the fact that they were planning to close for the winter season. Lovely well designed bungalows with reading lights! Plus the pool outside. It is a short swim for snorkellers from the beach to the reef drop off with a myriad of fish life. Five minutes from a handy bar serving cocktails.

Both the staff and the dog were friendly. The pool was deep and spacious, so it was good to play with, and the sea right in front of the accommodation was great for snorkeling. There are so many fish. It is the best cost-effective accommodation
