The stuff is incredible polite, location is 3 min walk from 1 ski-elevator. In the evening there is possibly to listen live-music in the restaurant.

For winter sports lovers this location is ideal, in the vicinity of P1, 2 minutes from the lift! The rooms are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable! The staff is very friendly, but does not speak an international language. This aspect is a general problem of any facility in Ukraine, so do not judge the hotel from this point of view.
