The hotel staff is awesome. I like the way they treat their guests. Very helpful. The location of the hotel is great just a short walk to the center.

Everything was super amazing 🤩 Starting with the receptionist and finishing with the guy from the spa section. Everyone was very helpful, nice, positive, just amazing. 😍🥰 Every morning we had many options of food for breakfast and everything was super fresh and very delicious.I booked for my family 2 standard double rooms but we had them upgraded which was super cool. Hotel is located in very good place, close to many restaurants and attractions. I really recommend it for everyone else. We was speaking English and Russian languages, everyone was understanding us and no issues with the language barrier. In my opinion everywhere in customer service we must've helpful people like this, from Ganz & Spa hotel 🏨👍👍👍

We really liked the hotel, it is close to the lift and important locations and has an amazing spa.The breakfast was amazing with various Ukrainian and European dishes and the staff was very friendly.

Close to the ski lift and center. Clean room with all the necessary facilities. Not very big but clean spa zone.
