Peaceful location with a great view. Not surrounded by buildings. Parking area was great. Reception (Volodymyr) was fantastic in helping us choose a preferred room. Staff surprised me on my birthday with a free bottle of wine and cake. Breakfast was included and really good. Great value for money. They also offer to store your ski equipment in a warm room which was super helpful!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, providing a serene atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. One highlight was the thoughtful gesture of providing a takeaway breakfast since we were leaving early. It was not only convenient but also super delicious, showcasing your commitment to guest satisfaction.

Its wonderful new small hotel. 5 rooms on the floor. There are reception and small café on the first floor where you can choose delicious breakfast and latter dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are very warm with heated floors. Our balconies were at the back of the building overlooking the snowy forest. These rooms are quieter. There is free parking in hotel. All hotel team are very, very, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for superb staying for our family.
