small room that is quite comfy. didnt rly expect much for the price but it actually have everything u need. owner was v friendly as well although we had some miscom.

On my first day, a Malay gentleman man asked his colleague to help me with my luggage up the stairs. My first impression. This place is very clean and comfortable. Fabulous housekeeping team. You can ask for daily housekeeping. Safe for female solo traveler, double lock. There was even a hair dryer, dressing table and several clothes hanger in the room. There is a supermarket and many eateries within walking distance. Cleanliness is very important for me and this place definitely met my needs.Mr Vincent, the owner replied to all questions asked promptyly and was very helpful throughout my stay. Will come back. Very easy accesible to places via Grab.

everything is good except the the alarm from other rooms so loud and keeps going on so quite annoying
