The room was clean and matched the photos. It was in good condition and comfortable for our stay. The communication with the owner was excellent! They sent a lot of useful information in advance via WhatsApp, including recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and other tips. They were also very responsive to messages.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and new how to navigate around. They alerted us of what we needed on the way up due to the remoteness of the location as well. It was the perfect getaway for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Our stay at this hotel was truly an amazing experience! The full kitchen equipment provided made it easy for us to prepare our own meals, adding great convenience to our trip. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly set this place apart was the superb service. The staff went above and beyond by providing great food recommendations along the way to Fraser Hill and constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth staying at!
