Stayed in this family run guesthouse in April 2026. As a family guesthouse rather than a hotel, the rooms are quite basic, but immaculate. Location is unbeatable, a 2 min walk to square (and I don't like walking!). But the experience - wow. We did the walking tour with Sabrina, the daughter of the family, and she was fantastic. She also took us to the local bazaar (same stuff as the touristy stalls). Tour ended up taking longer than planned, but Sabrina never complained. We also did the cookery class with Sabrina's Mum, which was also wonderful, and this was followed by lunch with Sabrina, her Mum and their friend. The uncle also called by and was good fun. Best Plov of the trip, by far. We really were made to feel welcome in Sabrina and her family's home, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Very nice stay at Parivash family guest house, as if you came to auntie for vacations. Excellent location, quiet place but really couple minutes from the centre. Good mattresses, fresh towels, hot water. Breakfast are rich and with a touch of national cuisine. The owner is absolutely lovely and helpful. For our early departure we got huge lunch boxes so we happy to have our breakfast at the airport.

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and the owners were very welcoming. The interior courtyard is pleasant for breakfast, and the breakfast was of high quality!
