I can’t actually rate our stay there because they had some trouble with the room but i can rate the attitude of the manager who apologised and took us to a very nice hotel instead for the same money. I can also rate the location which is great, right behind the Madrasas and also the view from the terrace, it’s amazing.

It is in the heart of historical places, on the roof you can observe the beautiful view and everything is close to this hotel

I originally choose the Nanosh hotel because of its fantastic location to the places of interest. Having stayed there, I would add that the Manager Malika (hope I have spelt that correctly) set the standard of customer service. Kind, efficient and always has a smile .

Excellent place in the center of Bukhara. Very close to all historical locations and has a beautiful view from the terrace. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband forgot a coat and a jacket in the hotel and they shipped them to our next location within 24 hours. Many thanks!
