Good location, well built with local architectural history and styles in mind, comfy rooms and a really excellent restaurant- much better than we were expecting for a chain hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Hotel in Bukhara! The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a great blend of comfort and local charm. The rooms were spacious and cozy, the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options, and the location is perfect for exploring the historic city. What really made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality – especially from Mirfayz. He was super kind, professional, and always ready to help. He was very flexible with our requests, even allowing us a late check-out without any hassle, just making sure we had everything we needed, Mirfayz went above and beyond. Thanks to him and the entire team, our experience felt easy, relaxed, and truly welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel – and make sure to say hi to Mirfayz!
