Fantastic stay, wonderful host, perfect room, decor right up my alley! The large shower was amazing too. Bed was so comfy. A huge selection at breakfast fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, juice etc. I will be back! 😍

A wonderful quirky and exciting property. It was full of knickknacks - or more accurately Tom’s various collections - the most unusual for me being the collection of Marmite bottles. Who knew there were so many!

Tom the Host communication was excellent and quick, giving us all the info we needed to find the Firs before we arrived, we stayed in the Attic room, which once you’ve made it up the stairs was a large airy room with a good sized en-suite, Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. After initial walk round from Tom he pointed us in the direction of the town and some local watering holes and eatery which were a short walk up and over a Roman fort! After a great night sleep we went down to find continental style breakfast laid out in the kitchen with just about anything you could want for breakfast.
