Breakfast excellent - and brought to room! Views OK. Friendly owners. Quiet environment. Bed and pillows very comfortable - that's really important! Room ready for use ahead of stated time - by request. Shower excellent - stable temperature and high flow rate.

Quiet magnificent location, friendly hosts. A bed to die for -such a comfortable mattress and the breakfast as five stars for quantity and quality. The room had everything you could want including a table with a view to eat breakfast and a fridge. The hosts made me very welcome and had many tips on where to go and what to see locally.

Excellent location just outside Builth Wells and within easy walk of local pub for supper (hosts booked our table for us). Super comfortable large bed and very good sized room. Glad we found this lovely place with attentive hosts.

We stayed in the Llewellyn room which was spacious and very comfortable with views of the countryside. The ensuite has both bath and separate shower. The breakfast choices are ample and the quality is excellent. The hosts were very helpful, booking a table at the local pub for us. Breakfast is served in your room, which is a nice touch.

Very friendly welcome and a beautiful house in a calm, soothing environment. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast delivered to the room was amazing!

Breakfast was amazing and was delivered to the room. Room was large and had a small fridge which was a bonus and not common in many places we stayed. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We got lots of advice about sites to see in Wales. The nature walk around the large property was a highlight. This was one of the best places we stayed in the trip so far (4 weeks). We will return if we ever get back to Wales.

A spacious and comfortable room, equipped with everything imaginable for convenience and comfort. An excellent breakfast was served in our room and eaten as we looked out over fields with young lamb running around and birds coming to the feeders. A very tranquil location, with friendly and welcoming hosts. We hope to have the opportunity to return for another stay at some time.
