The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were incredibly helpful in various ways, making my stay as comfortable as possible. Firstly, they checked me in at night when I arrived late and kindly showed me around. Secondly, they constantly asked if I needed anything, like cleaning my room. They also told me where the metro was, where and how I could buy and pay for a local SIM card, and they helped me call a taxi and walked me there. I spoke with three receptionists, depending on their shift, and they were all incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very clean and cozy. My Spanish isn't very good, but that wasn't a problem since there's Wi-Fi in the lobby, and we communicated with the staff through a translator. Another plus is that there's a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel with all sorts of snacks, drinks, and sweets. It's also conveniently located near the metro, and there's a kiosk nearby where you can buy a metro pass and top it up.

The staff were lovely and I received a warm welcome. The room was basic but had a bathroom (the shower was very hot and strong) and there was plenty of room despite it being a small room. Well situated in Recoleta. I didn't use much of the facilities like the kitchen etc but I was able to store my luggage after check out :)

The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, and the hotel is super close to the famous Cemeterio de la Recoleta! We also liked that there was someone at the counter 24/24h.
