Exceptionally friendly staff who stepped outside the square to help you, even loaned us with a Sube card to use public transport. 1.5ltr bottle of water provided in your room and replenished daily.

Great location for parks, museums and Palermo nightlife. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was lovely, and a generous supply of free drinks and snacks provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.
