Breakfast was decent enough, although it would be good if more vegetables (greens etc ) and more fruit would be included in the menu.

Great location - beautiful park just in front of hotel and close to major shopping areas and sites. Rooms are large and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. The shower has a good pressure but has only a fixed showerhead. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast offering was just about adequate. However, the coffee served was undrinkable

Very good position. It was quite clean. Breakfast was abundant and the staff was very nice and friendly, allowing us also to leave our luggage there our last day.

We spent seven nights here across four different stays, as we used the Palacio Paz as a base for a 3 week trip in the region. We couldn’t have chosen better. The hotel is well located, very close to bus stops and the metro and in a relatively quiet, safe and upmarket area of the city. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who all speak excellent English and are so helpful booking airport transfers and storing luggage. We saw the average reviews given for the breakfast before our stay but we actually think it was the best breakfast we had during our stay, which included some much bigger brand name hotels. The coffee is good too. It’s true that they could do with making it clear that freshly cooked eggs are available but once we realised, then they were always happy to cook them for us. The ability to pay in pesos made this an exceptionally good value hotel. If we come back to BA we will definitely stay here again.
