The fine print
The property does not have a 24-hour reception, guest must inform their arrival time beforehand. For any inconveniences, guests can go to the reception of Puerto Limón Hostel located at Chacabuco 1080.Note that the apartments are cleaned once per week for stays longer than 7 days. Guests can request additional housekeeping services for an extra fee.

Very large room with balcony. Decent location for San Telmo market and Sunday Flea Market. The main highlight was the convivial front desk staff who provided such a warm welcome, and all the information you could ask for. Ellie, Natasha, and Carolina were all a delight. They helped arrange flights to Iguazu which was a challenge since the sites were in Spanish, and my Spanish is limited to Dos Cervezas por favor. This is a boutique hotel, with one person handling the front desk. Another one or two handling housekeeping. But they do manage to provide excellent service. They recommend a restaurant two blocks away which was excellent and reasonable. El Refuerzo I believe. Eat there!

A surprisingly spacious and comfortable place in the middle of San Telmo with all required amenities, including a small swimming pool in the back yard. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
