Very spacious place with a lot of daylight, a nice balcony, quite a well-equipped kitchen, and a very comfy bed. It had all we needed. :) Rosita welcomed us and showed us everything in the apartment. She also gave us the public transport card so we could recharge it and use it for our commute without buying a new one. The checkout was also very smooth. And while we stayed, Adriana gave us many tips on what to do and where to go, and was available for all our questions. If we ever come back to Buenos Aires, we would love to stay here again!

A good location in north Palermo, close to loads of very nice restaurants and bars. Apartment has a nice balcony with good views, and a separate bedroom. The host, Adri, was very responsive and helpful and, for example, went out of her way to arrange a payment method that suited us. She even provided a public transport card with credit on it, which was a great help. The laundry room was a godsend after having travelled and trekked for two weeks with no access to facilities.

Great big windows (nice view over the city, lovely sunshine in the morning), nice and calm location, close to public transport (and the owner offers a SUBE card for free), good communication with the owner, very clean (and offers additional cleaning during a longer stay), very comfortable mattress in the bedroom, yoga mat and some exercising equipment, well equipped kitchen with some basic products, free toiletries, air conditioning with heating option (important in the winter).
