Great Location close to bars and restaurants and an easy walk down to the botanical garden and Japanese Garden. Pool was refreshing but shallow. Reception manned 24/7 ddo always someone on hand and responded quickly when I had an issue with the air conditioning.

Hotel was in a great location, walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were fantastic. I booked the stay very late in the day, as another place let me down. The 24hr reception were very helpful and friendly. When I checked-out, I headed to the airport to catch a flight and realised I had left my wallet in the hotel room. Paola who was working on the front desk, quicky located it and arranged a courier to be sent to the airport with my wallet. I received my wallet and was able to board my flight. Paola was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get my wallet back to me. I would recommend this hotel to others.
