Good location in Palermo - very close to Carrefour supermarket opened for 24 hrs a day. Walking distance to Botanical gardens, park las Heras, Avenida Santa Fe. The apartment was quite spacious. It felt quite safe. The bed was comfortable but it took me a while to figure out that the duvet was hidden under the pillows. It looked like that was no cover at first. The only communication was with someone through WhatsApp but the person tried to be helpful. If you text them outside office hours they won't get back to you though. I had to pay for accommodation via one link and 100$ deposit via another link,which I was a bit worried about but in the end after leaving I got it back on my account.

The accomodation was very good value for money. It was at a good location close to Las Heras park and underground D. Room was spacious, had a kichenette, refrigerator, etc. Nothing fancy, but good value for money.

Amazing location, easy check in / out process. Very contactable if you need anything. Great WiFi and comfy beds! Wish we could have stayed longer
