On our return night in Buenos Aires we were offered room no 13! I was not happy but they very kindly changed our room to no 22!! We also had a delicious tapas meal in their restaurant which was a perfect end to our holiday.

Location is convenient, just 20-25 minutes drive from the AEP airport and in walking distance from the city centre. Recoletta cemetery is about 10-15 minutes walk. Hotel is the old building which basically makes it very authentic. I like the celling height and the existence of the elevator. There is just few stairs before reception. My room was ready 2 hours prior official check in so special thanks for that as I was able to take a shower after the flight and went exploring the city refreshed.

All of the staff were so fantastic and easy to deal with. CYNTHIA was AMAZING and made our stay of 3 nights during 1 week so comfortable and she attended to all our needs. I can't speak highly enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the front of house staff. This is exactly what a guest needs in a hotel.
