The property has some of the best views I've ever experienced - truly stunning to wake up to each morning. Each bedroom was clean and reasonably comfortable and on arrival the owner was friendly and helpful. The pool was also a nice feature (although very deep so not ideal for children or non-swimmers), and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. Lazar was an outstanding host – extremely helpful, always available, and quick to answer any questions. The villa itself is wonderful: spacious, spotlessly clean, and set in a mountainside location with incredible views over Budva and the sea. The outdoor space is especially lovely with a great barbecue area, and a pool that’s perfect for a proper swim. It’s about a 10–15 minute drive down into Budva, which means you’re close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to relax in rural surroundings. Great little restaurant in walking distance too.

The host was really helpful from the start. The view was nice , the accommodation was clean and the swimming pool is perfect during the hot days. Overall we had a really nice experience.
