The first night we arrived late and the room we were put in did not match what we had paid for at all. We spoke to reception and were told that there was nowhere else for us to go that night but they could move us the next day. We moved to a better apartment the next day but possibly not exactly as the photos represented on booking.com. We enjoyed our visit. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
